After direct pressing, the juice undergoes cold settling followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, preserving the delicate aromatic profile and vibrant texture that define this wine.

On the nose, it offers a refined and complex bouquet where floral tones intertwine with a pronounced mineral character. The palate is crisp and linear, delivering a refreshing minerality in perfect harmony with subtle citrus and white flower notes.
